To schedule an appointment with The San Diego Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery please call us at (858) 292-5175 or (1-888) 725-4423 for the San Diego Office, (619) 482-6774 for the Chula Vista Office and (858) 292-1075 for the Faces office.

All office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.

Please assist us at the time of your initial visit to the office by providing the following information:

  • Your referral slip and x-rays from your dentist.
  • A list of medications you are currently taking.
  • If you have dental insurance, please bring any forms or insurance cards with you to the appointment.
  • If you are being referred for a condition that is covered by your medical insurance, please bring your insurance card with you.
